Hickory Stripe Burn Bag

Hickory is a tried-and-tested workwear fabric that has been used to make hard-wearing gear since the 19th century. It's a thick striped denim fabric that has been seared into the minds of millions as THE fabric of the American railroad worker.

Every Burn Bag is carefully crafted by hand. The bag features decommissioned fire hose from North Carolina. Each bag comes with an authenticity card telling you the production number and at what station the hose on your bag served. This bag pairs really well with our yellow clutch!

Decommissioned Fire Hose
The wear and tear on each piece of fire hose will vary slightly.

Waxed Denim
We use denim that is waxed by hand using real beeswax. The beeswax makes the canvas water repellant, adds durability, and patinas beautifully.

We recommend the bags be spot cleaned by hand.
